 LLC AEROTECHSERVICE is an aviation business with more than 20 years of experience.

 Our main areas of focus are the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft components. Our Firm has EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Approval (EASA145.0633) for Oxygen cylinders (C15 rating), Fire extinguishers (C18 rating) and Galley equipment (C6 rating). We are approved by the United States Department of Transportation for cylinder requalification (RIN I326). We can perform repair, maintenance of AVOX Oxygen cylinders and weighting of Kidde Aerospace fire extinguishers, B/E Aerospace galley equipment. Our certificates you can find in section Certificates. We have sewing workshop for aircraft leather and textile seat covers, carpets, curtains. The workshop is certified under Part 21. We exclusively cooperate with Manifattura Testori.

Our Firm is also involed in maintenance, repair and supply of parts, products, equipment and repair kits for aircrafts/ aircraft components of Russian manufacturers, such as the following: aircraft SSJ-100, ТУ-204,Ту-214, Ил-76, Ил-476, Ил-86, Ил-96, Ан-140, Ан-148, Як-42 and others. We also focus on helicopters Ми-8, Ми-17, Ми-26, Ка-32 and others that were previously supplied to foreign countries. Our company also covers the supply of foreign equipment for installation on Russian aircraft and its maintenance. 

We successfully cooperate with organizations operating and maintaining Russian aircrafts all over the world.

 Our company has production capacity and all necessary certificates, including licenses for repair and maintenance services of aircraft components for Russian and foreign manufacturers.

 Our maintenance personnel consist of the best VARZ-400 employees. They all have experience working in the field of repair and maintenance of aircrafts. The company is certified by Federal air Transport Agency of Russian Federation and Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation for the completion of these services.

 Production services are ISO 9001-2008 and ГОСТ РВ 15.002-2003 (Russian federation national standard) certified. In April 2013 we were approved by The United States Department of Transportation for cylinder requalification (RIN I326).
